The perfect Texan retreat.
Positive: Love the location, build, and decor of the home. It was perfectly located, and very peaceful.

Tough times.
The house is very nice inside. They have everything one would need. We had three issues. The first is that the whole property seems to be in bankruptcy. There are many unfinished homes and zero community amenities that a website for Greene Ranch says are there. The whole neighborhood is depressing. I feel sorry for the owners of these properties.
Second, there are crickets in the house and it could be fixed with some traps. Third, we could not get the water to get hot. We could get it to lukewarm. I imagine that the water heater just needs some maintenece. Wish the owners all the best.
