Upscale, Round Rock Retreat!

The house is not maintained at a very high level. A few light fixtures looked like they were about to fall from the ceiling. Bathroom door knob broken and barely intact. House just felt dirty everywhere. Huge weeds and dead plants outside. Not impressed

Location of the home was great. However, the home was dirty. Carpets were filthy and debris all over. Hardwood floors had debris on the floor when we arrived. Trash was full in the garage so no room for any trash that we had until Friday when trash would be picked up. We contacted Jacob but cleaning crew was unable to come until the next day. They could only mop the downstairs floors at that time as we had 3 little ones who were napping upstairs. They did end up buying a vacuum and having it delivered to the house, so we were able to vacuum the floors. My family did a lot of cleaning of the floors, kitchen and throughout the home to make it better since we had so many little ones, some crawling on the floors. All the carpet needs to be removed and replaced as it is really dirty. Also, many of the walls need to be painted. The kitchen had just about everything we needed. Only 6 chairs not 8 as indicated at the dining room table. The bedroom on the main floor (5th) is really a den/study with a bed as there is no closet. The pictures of the house on VRBO must be when the house is brand new and not in its current condition.

House was great and the guy would stay again.
